Ms. Theresa, Executive Director

Theresa is truly the heart of Lindale Child Care Program and has been a part of LCCP since the beginning. She was part of the founding of LCCP almost 30 years ago in 1996. Theresa attends Lindale Mennonite Church. Her favorite part of the job is the interacting with the children and parents for many years and seeing the growth of all children as they continue through our childcare program. She loves hearing the laughter and joy of children! A native of Pennsylvania, Theresa lives in Harrisonburg with her sister and brother-in-law and enjoys spoiling their house dog, Max! Theresa’s interests include reading, getting friends together for parties, putting puzzles together and taking vacations with family.

Ms. Donna, Preschool Lead Teacher

Donna has been a part of LCCP for the last 12 years! She is the Preschool Lead Teacher in our 3 and 4 year old preschool programs. Donna enjoys reading and doing creative activities with the children at Lindale Child Care. Originally from Pennsylvania, she has 4 grown children and 2 sweet grandchildren, all living in Harrisonburg. They enjoy supporting each other at sports games and concerts and getting together to eat and play games. Donna’s interests include reading, different arts and crafts, and playing and reading with her grandchildren.

Ms. Jacinda, Three Year Old Teacher

Ms. Jacinda or “Ms. Cinda” as some of the friends call her, has been with LCCP for 2.5 years. Jacinda’s favorite part of her job is sharing the joy of learning with the kids, watching them grow and discover the world around them. Jacinda is married with two grown children. Jacinda enjoys reading, hiking, and various crafts like crocheting and origami.

Ms. Ev, Preschool Teacher Aide

Ms. Ev spent 20+ years as an early childhood teacher and is enjoying being involved at LCCP in her retirement. Even though she and her husband are retired, they have three grown children and eleven grandchildren that they get to enjoy! Ms. Ev enjoys being out in nature and keeps involvement in her home church a high priority. The

Ms. Lois, Preschool Teacher Aide

Ms. Lois is a fan favorite at LCCP and is loved so much by all the children! Ms. Lois has been at Lindale Child Care Program for a little over a year and enjoys being with the children and just playing with them. You can often find her reading stories to the little ones, drawing pictures of their next request, and simply being silly and playful with them!

Mr. Nathaniel, School Age Assistant

Mr. Nathaniel has been a part of Lindale Child Care Program for almost 2 years. He enjoys watching the kids grow and improve their skills. He is excited to follow them in their journeys over the years! Longtime fan of LCCP, he once attended here as a child when it opened! Nathaniel’s parents live locally and are proud supporters of LCCP! In his free time, you might find him gaming (both board games and video games), trying new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying some basketball!

Mr. Matt, School Age Assistant

Mr. Matt has been at Lindale Child Care Program for almost 2 years. He has two sons, Drew (13) and Tyler (5). Tyler attends LCCP! In his spare time, Matt enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and sports.
